KS Knife Gate Valves – Stock
We have a large stock of valves in the following sizes:
DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150 and DN200.
We also have our own engineering department to be able to offer more sizes on demand. We are currently in the process of incorporating new sizes and being able to add them to our range as soon as possible.
KS Unidirectional Knife Gate Valve – Body
KS Knife Gate Valve bodies are currently manufactured from GJL250 and CF8M material.
Handwheel valves have rising spindle and chopper in AISI304L or AISI316L depending on the body material.
Widely used in certain applications with 5%-7% solids in suspension: solids / contaminated fluids / paper and cellulose / sludge / etc.
Knife Gate Valve KS – Gate
The gates are mainly made of AISI304L and AISI316L.
Other materials such as duplex 2205 and super duplex 2507 are available on request.
Knife Gate Valve KS – Flange
The standard flange bore of the KS Knife Gate Valves is DIN PN10 and ANSI150. Other bore sizes such as PN16, JIS, ANSI300, etc. are available on request.
Knife Gate Valve KS – Actuators
We offer three actuator options:
- Handwheel
- Pneumatic cylinder
- Gearbox
These options ensure that you can choose the most suitable actuator for each application.
